Step-by-Step: Stake AKT on Daedalus
Install Daedalus
Download and install Daedalus from its official site. Set up a new wallet or import an existing seed phrase, and back up your recovery phrase securely.
Fund the wallet with AKT
Buy AKT on an exchange (Coinbase, Kraken, Binance) and withdraw to your Daedalus address. Double-check the network before sending.
Open the staking section
In Daedalus, navigate to the staking or earn tab for Akash Network. Pick a validator — look for low commission, long uptime, and avoid the top validator to support decentralization.
Delegate and confirm
Enter the amount of AKT to stake and confirm the transaction. Rewards typically begin accruing in 1–2 epochs and compound automatically or are claimable from the same screen.
